The breakfast could of been better. The waffle stuck to the waffle iron as there was no spray available. The bagels and muffins were stale. Limit options for a Friday morning.
The breakfast was the weak link. I had very little to eat.

Great service even at 11:30 Jack and Kamal Hilton staff members know exactly how to treat their guest.
This hotel should be removed from the Hilton brand as it has horrible soundproofing, could hear the neighbour snoring all night and it’s 7:15 and I can hear the conversations, traffic, it’s just not very well constructed

Staff was courteous
No towel holders. No place to put things in shower. Toilet paper holder loose and tilts down. Gaps around door let in noise and noise from highway from window was bad. Bathroom/ room was small for king suite.

The breakfast was just ok. It would have been nice to have individual little milks instead of a pitcher. And maybe some boiled eggs.

The location was close to my destination. The WiFi speed was quick.
The wifi didn’t work the morning that I was checking out. The taste of the water was terrible. There was no water available in the gym and there were no cleaning supplies in the gym- the wipes were dry.

Location was great. The room was clean.
There was no regular creamer or anything to stir your coffee with downstairs or breakfast and when we asked for some the girl at the desk said "you get what you get"!!?? What?? Also at check in the guy offered us a bath mat as the shower was slippery but we turned it back in as it was dirty and torn. Not a smart move.

The staff was great! My daughter poured some water from a dispenser and it had a few coffee grounds in it…I told her it’s fine we will just dump it out and try again, the staff overheard me and immediately said no we will clean out the dispenser and get you fresh hot water! Then they gave us excellent recommendations for places to go around the area!! They were great!!
