It was located in a very nice location. It is a quiet, lake community, a beautiful area.

Location. Front desk clerk was very nice... It was very quite no problems at all.

The air doesn't work all the time. It kept shutting off... And in the bathroom the shower to pull the pug up to make the shower starts that came off from the wall

Bed was comfortable, room was clean and quiet.

The mini refrigerator was not working properly and my Giordano's frozen pizza I picked up in downtown Chicago melted. No refund offered, just an excuse that no one told them it was broken. (Don't you check to make sure rooms are operational between guests?) Also, breakfast was chincy and there was zero coffee!
