TV wasn't working

staff was pleasant and room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was hearty and plentiful. close to a Walmart and gas and Starbucks right next door 😁

The hallway was warm and had a mild mildew odor but it’s humid outside so I wasn’t too surprised by that and it wasn’t bad enough to stop me from booking there again.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is nicely renovated except the bathrooms.

We requested upper room for quietness. We arrived at 5:00 pm. Check in was supposed to be 3:00 pm. We were given a room that was not ready. Garbage in the bathroom, no towels, beds not made, tv on loudly, door unlocked bedding on the floor. They gave us the room underneath, we were awakened by kids above at 4:00. am, jumping in the room that should have been ours. The baths need to be changed

keycard yo get in everything from the pool to gym just annoying. our room was missing the entire outlet by bedside so had to change devices away from bed

it was clean

No cable !No heat ! check out a day early. Kids banging on your door and run and hide. it was horrible.

Beds were comfortable.

I booked/payed a suite thru booking.com. when I arrived, they said their system showed standard room. I showed them confirmation from booking.com where it stated I had payed for a suite. They said they had to go thru what their system showed and couldn't refund me because I booked thru third party.

Breakfast was delicious

Bath room floor towel. Didn’t find one.
