Everything about this stay was great. Love that we were on the first floor, made everything easier. The beds were super comfortable, the room was clean.

The location is the best part. We always stay at this location. Glad the pool was finally available for use.

Out of all the years that we’ve stayed here, this visit was by far the worst. We were put on the 3rd the whole hallways smelled of weed making it worse it came into our room with the cracks from the door not even leveled properly. The microwave hadn’t been cleaned in months and smelled disgusting, the refrigerator was frozen so that didn’t keep our drinks cool, I tried to get it to defrost but that caused it to leak to much water. The ac didn’t work properly, the restroom door wasn’t leveled on correctly causing the door not to close right. Clearly the housekeeping is not doing their job correctly when they leave behind hairs all over the shower, tube , toilet and floor. Missing towels and employees having an attitude when asking for more towels, especially when they know they pool is open.

It was not very clean, old, the beds were mushy and warped and worn out. Yuck. I woke up in the middle of the night and there was a spider on me.

Cockaroches in refrigerator and in the bed

Everything in the room was tidy.

When I walked into the building it smelled like sewer.
