The fact that breakfast wasn’t included - And When I left they tried to charge my card an additional $198 for dirty towels - and I found a towel on the luggage cart that someone left so I got it to turn in . Also , the courtyard was gorgeous but the pool is very small and blocked off from the rest of the courtyard .

Quiet

Very dated and old room. Carpet was torn, bed sheets smelled dirty, shower was dirty, smelled like mold and musty. Elevator did this weird thing where it looked like it was about to drop. 300 dollars a night is a steep price for what is offered. Breakfast wasn’t included. First and last time staying there.

Blood and vomit in room

We liked the room and the comfort of bed and TV was big and air-conditioning worked well.

Somewhat of small room crammed tight lack of space to fully enjoy all space in room

coakroach in room, bathroom wall socket didn’t work, asked for towels, arrived only after second request, but did not send face towels, advertised full eating shop but it was only limited to morning, shower slippery,

No comp breakfast of coffee
