it was under construction and the microwave didn’t work, no phone in the room, plumbing was bad, there was no swimming pool filled, no hot tub open, the breakfast was not good,

Premises is under renovation, lobby is a mess, the room was unfinished, the bathroom was not clean. The towel for putting on the floor had a dirty shoe print on it. The floor was dirty. A bird sized moth flew through the room, not sure where it went. Not to mention the 4:00 AM disturbance on all floors by someone sounding like a rampaging elephant, and the police intervention next door to my room that resulted in the police kicking down their door at 4:50 AM shouting "Put your hands were we can see them!" I mean they can't help it if the guests are acting like that, but could have offered an apology or something when I bolted in the morning.

it was false advertisement they were doing construction in the building the whole time there was stuff broken everywhere lights hanging. the staff were rude no room service no breakfast witch was supposed to be added .

Breakfast was ok some protein; i.e. eggs and sausage would have made this perfect.

It wasn’t real clear it was under construction until we showed up and the lobby seemed unclean. The walls seemed like they needed more insolation I could hear the people walking around upstairs

What could have been better is your staff not trying to screw me over or rip me off I asked the girl to give me the number for booking.com she gave me the number for expedia.com and then when Expedia called her to get my stuff straightened out so I can get my full refund I was told I could get she gave the Expedia lady the wrong confirmation number as well then when I finally got a hold of booking.com to get this straightened out I was told by the lady at the front desk that booking.com had to call personally to have it refunded booking.com said that they don't have to do that that I would be refunded the money because I didn't get to stay in the room I lost my ID earlier that day at the airport which was yes my own fault therefore I was not able to check into my room the lady that was helping me then blocked my number and I could not call back but had no problem calling from any other phone so every time I try to call back my call was blocked she was intentionally trying to screw me over for the $93 for my room and I don't appreciate that and now I'm out $93 because none of you would respond to the booking.com cancellation in time and she said if y'all didn't respond to it by 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. that I would be charged anyway and put as a no call no show basically which I think is b******* and I was very mistreated and I think it's kind of jacked up that my phone number was blocked from your location I still cannot call from my phone and when I asked the number to get a hold of your corporate office she told me there was not a way to Get a hold of anybody

Staff was nice and it was very clean considering the renovation.

Laundry room was down, no extra pillows, light bulbs didn't work in room, door handle had to be opened upward at weird angle, staff was not very friendly and would not allow my husband to pick up security deposit for over an hour while I was at work. Also security deposit said $100 online when we booked but checked in and was told it was $200. Night staff gave attitude when I asked for lotion.

Good price, good location for me, had a desk, small couch, microwave, and fridge. Bigger room. Comfortable bed. There was a pool available and a fitness area, I believe, although I didn't use those. Heat worked. Free wifi. Lots of plugs. Plenty of hot water for shower. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Plenty of free parking.

Staff was competent and helpful if you asked, but didn't offer info without being asked; e.g., time of breakfast. Breakfast was bare bones, although it did offer some fresh fruit, always a plus. Juice available. No waffle machine, one sugary cereal, one Cheerios-type cereal. No breakfast second day (Christmas Day) or maybe the hours were different--No sign posted as to this. Room card had to be rekeyed the second day. Sink slow.

It's terrible dirty ! They don't even vacuum the carpet and toilet was with a dark ring of months they never cleaned it. It was dusty and the bed done awfully 🥴🥴🥴
