It was like homeless people were living there and I did not have anymore money to anywhere else because we drove 12 hours for our grandson's graduation no clean linen no television until the next day after 3pm the manager and maintenance people stated they would get a television no came back or called to let us know anything thank GOD for hosea my husband went out and saw him working and he fixed the problem in ten minutes.

they put in in a “pet room”? noisy, seemed like a lot of homeless or drug related activities going on. phone was missing buttons. shower dirt did not close so water went on floor. noisy all night.

Where do I begin!! First of all- this place lets the homeless not only stay there but also let them congregate all around the building.. everyday they dumpster dive and loiter around all door entrances. Let’s not forget that people are dealing and doing drugs. (Meth, blues)You can smell it in the hallways. On two separate occasions I had prostitutes come knocking on my door looking for their date. I felt extremely uncomfortable going outside even for a moment. The STAFF is friendly enough. However, I feel bad for the females they’re having to deal endlessly with all the crazies that in and out of there. Talk about overwhelmed!! The main manager A, was handcuffed and whisked away by a SWAT of police!! I can’t make this up. I could have sworn I seen a bed bug but luckily it was just my paranoia. I spent almost every night and morning l, like a tweaker, inspecting my body, clothes, and bed. Don’t use the laundry facilities, I made the mistake and had my clothes come up stolen. I go to the front desk and the guy claims the camera were down and couldn’t view the tape. I suspected he either was too lazy to look or he didn’t want to cause problems. We will never know. Why did I stay there a week? Well, it was dirt cheap and they had comped me 3 extra days (which helped since I had to wait for my place to become available for move in) What a life changing experience. Not because I haven’t seen some things but because of how a nice enough looking place on the outside can have so much s$&! Go down on the inside. Looks truly are deceiving! Geesh!!

It is the cheapest hotel around. They allow pets. The staff was friendly and brought me a toilet bowl plunger when my toilet got stopped up.

No breakfast. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The ac didn't work in my room. They don't lock the door and they let beggars in. At 3am-4am there were people having a party in the hallway outside my room.

I honestly don't have a real answer I could give for this question.

The bed was comfortable but the hair butt was dirty the pillow had stubborn and the inside of it

There was no practice no swimming pool no facetime no toilet paper the base headboard dirty it was unacceptable I will never go to that hotel again Alabama elevator did not work I am disabled and I had to walk up all those stairs very poor choice they got it to work the last day I was there really sad

The whole hotel smelled like drugs. And we did not stay

The staff was very friendly.

The room was not as advertised. The bed was not made very well. There were stains on the comforter and pillows. There were no towels in the bathroom. When I finally got towels, the hand towel was stained. The sink counter had toothpaste residue on it. The floor was dirty.

the hotel is not part of Best Western chain despite what they advertised it is used to house homeless people. the bedroom door looks like it has been forced a few times before the girl really does not feel safe
