The hotel was one of the best we stayed in. Breakfast was like non other. Just an over all pleasant experience, hope to visit again

The room was perfect
The AC didn’t get as cold as I would have wanted to get it took a very long time in order to get to 66 which I believe is the lowest it can go. My rooms view out the window was horrible lol

The airport shuttle was great and the staff friendly. When I arrived I was quite Ill and the staff helped me to my room, asked if I needed additional assistance. While assured them I would be ok, they sent around security to check on me after a few minutes. That was reassuring. By morning I was fine and went on with the trip to Boston.

The quietness of the room. It was spacious & clean. Even with all the hustle & bustle of BlerdCon, the room had an appreciable solitude to it.
The air conditioner in the main lobby wasn't cooling well. This has happened before during BlerdCon. I've been in the Hyatt other times & this wasn't a problem.

Clean, really comfy beds, not noisy, friendly staff. Easy to from hotel to other locations in DC.
Parking is outrageously expensive.

Having to pay 45 a night for parking and the elevators always taking forever to get to the floors.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and had a smile! Rooms were updated, clean and beds were comfortable. My only issue is beyond the hotels control, which is that the metro is far. Highly recommend for anyone planning a visit to DC!

Key Club students ran, talked loudly, & sang in hallways from late evening, til after midnight on Friday. Kept us up late. Not mature enough to be left alone.

the hotel itself was beautiful
besides the kids running around and causing noise, this hotel was great except we only stayed for 6 hours because of our canceled flight from the airport and we were charged the full amount. the neighbors next to us would not settle down so that became annoying quick.

I loved everything about the property,the stuff was very friendly,room clean and the view was amazing.
It was a short stay so I can’t pinpoint what I didn’t like.

The check in lady was THE BEST! So nice... and funny! I enjoyed talking with her. The room was pretty cool looking and the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are amazing! Thanks so much!
I had to check in and out faster than I would have liked, so I didn't get to see much. I liked the looks, the atmosphere, the personnel.... everything was awesome.
