Good hot breakfast with an number of breakfast options. Staff were present keeping the area clean and refilled.

I liked how it was discreet and in an area easy to access.
Nobody had anything posted that the hot tub wasn't working. That was 95% of the reason I chose it. The breakfast was limited not much of a choice. I asked to have sheets changed after the first night and room tidied up annd she said she would send someone up, I came back to a new set of sheets on the bench folded for me to put on.

The exercise room was nearly unusable due to an overwhelming odor of sewage. Sewer gas was backing up through a dry floor drain which seemed to be covered with padded (gym) flooring. I know this because the same odor -very distinct- was coming from the floor drain in the contiguous restroom. I informed staff- front desk and maintenance. Did they fix it?

Room was clean and well kept. Breakfast was quite good for a complimentary breakfast.
Location is directly next to a FedEx warehouse. Trucks going in and out all night, with backing alarms as they backed into the loading docks. Noise was terrible. Negatively impacted my sleep, a lot.
