We stood in line to check in for an hour. When we got to the check in window they didn't have a room for us as they gave our room away to someone else. Very bad business.

Not one single thing about this experience was good

Waiting for almost and hour to check in, bullet holes in the walls, roaches crawling everywhere, no tv, holes in the walls filled with toilet paper, can’t get anyone one the phone and still waiting on my full refund. I’ve never been so disappointed about a hotel room before this trip. Microwave didn’t work, nail polish scattered all over the wall. Even the wet floor sign in the main lobby had very offensive and sexist comments written on it for everyone to see. I have pictures of everything. I spent more time checking in and checking than I did in the room. Will never book there again

Maintenance staff was helpful.

internet and refrigerator didn't work. No trash receptacle provided. Toilet clogged. Bedclothes and curtains had holes. Furniture damaged. No breakfast, contrary to online listing. Only two thin pillows provided. Bullet casing and broken beer bottle on stairs and sidewalk of hotel.

Not a damn thing. first off the staff didn't want to take my identification paper its from mvd . Then complained about paying half with cash half with card. Apon getting to our door we noticed the smelly trash can spilled next to our door,the there was the whole door lock assembly was busted and wouldn't lock the gaps in the door frame was so bad the room smelled there was paint and dirt on the floors there was used bar soap on counters no towels the TV got one chanle and the microwave didn't work the mini fridge was ok and that's about it no knobs on the sinks the ac was tweaked apart man it was a dump

Nothing went right with this booking except the online booking portion and payment

The management was incompetent. They first sent me to an occupied room at 12:30am. We were then given a room that was not clean or even in working condition. The bathroom sink did not work and the room had graffiti, dirty, holes in the walls. The door DIDNT lock properly and all in all this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Front desk was incompetent and took forever just to check in or out. Nasty booking. I want my money reimbursed

The prices convenient and you can do it at the last moment this was very beneficial quick place to stay cheap serves the purpose the staff tries to write things when they're not correct the assistant manager is very cordial and helpful

Lack of a phone not enough towels hard to get hold of staff a lot of fragrant and bums hanging around could have better lighting outside and security would be a big plus also the staff doesn't answer your phone in a timely Manor a lot of things can be avoided if they just answer the phone

threre was mold in the room and the room smelt so bad like mold as soon as i walked in, the was blood on the mattress and matrees cover, the waqs bugs all over bed and there was piles of dead bugs in all the corners.
