This property is beautiful

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, I spoke with 3 of them. They gave us extra room keys, they helped us with bike rentals. They gave me extra pool towels and let us keep our bags in the office after we checked out and before we left for our flight. The woman who worked for housekeeping was very sweet as well when she came in to clean up and change our towels. We absolutely loved the atmosphere, the historic building and large porch that our room had. We loved the courtyard area with the ponds and fish, the water machine was great. The pool was amazing and loved that there was a bathroom and multiple showers by the pool. The bike rentals worked perfectly for us. One of my favorite parts was our little black kitty friend who came to visit us. The location near Duval street was absolutely perfect. Loved this place!

The only thing we wished is that our room had 2 bathrooms instead of 1. We had room #17, the 2 bedroom suite. Everything else was great.

The pool was a nice place for my daughter to swim and the foliage was beautiful. On St. Patrick's Day, someone put out gold coins all over the property and the children really enjoyed finding all of them.

The place advertises as a family friendly environment and there was a gentleman extremely drunk and being belligerent in front of my daughter.

The location and the ambience.

the room was very nice but not clean. We had to disinfect the bathroom but it was still smelling. also the breakfast is a 5Dollar voucher per person in a bakery.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a sofa bed which worked out well for 3 people. Pool and sitting area are wonderful. Property is located very close to Duval Street and is within walking distance of most attractions.

Room decor is a bit dated and needed more outlets in bedrooms. Be aware that rooms facing Eaton Street get a lot of vehicular noise; didn't particularly bother us but sitting outside on the porch was noisy during the day.

This was a great location within the sulking distance of most everything. Staff were exceptional and accommodating. Where else can you stay in a lovely room with an amazing porch complete with swing? Gardens also beautiful.It has character!

Road noise

Loved this oasis in Key West. Great location enough away from Duval to be secluded but still walkable to everything. 2 blocks from Marina, 5 min to Duval or Mallory Square. Loved the bonus touch of a $5 coupon to a delicious bakery 2 blocks away. Favorite part of the hotel complex is the interior garden with lots of seating. Perfect for relaxing.
