Great and well served

I just let them know if they wanna charge the fee of parking lot they have to show exactly the fee on their topic of booking. Don’t cheat the customer out of fee parking lot after we come to check-in. The staff tell me they almost include the fee parking on my total bill is $399.29 plus tax and we don’t need to pay anything fee. but when we check the bank I saw they withdraw is $444.29. I come to asked them why they charge over and then they said they will refund that money after we check -out. when we check-out and left for couple days they still charge me the same price is $444.29. What??? Im really confused for the fee. Are they include or not include on my total bill. Im willing to pay for that fee but I just want them to be honest.

I like to location, the front desk people , and the building it self was nice

As much as I like your hotel , location, it personal or employee from the people at front desk and the cleaning team I have to say my stay was terrible and I will no stay at this hotel anymore because the smell of pee is terrible, you can not even sleep, they change us twice for a different room and the result was the same . As much I love dogs , I have 2 myself , is no way you can have rooms with carpet if you want dogs , the pee smell doesn’t go away by cleaning the stain , there is nothing you can do . I will suggest to have floors with no carpet and keep rooms free pets for people like me

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean and crispy. The room was clean and comfortable.

There were gnats in my room. There were flies in the main hallway. The furniture needs updating; some parts of the furniture had scratches and just well used.
