Clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff

The proximity to the freeway and the people we were visiting was good.

The room needed updating. The carpet was torn in a few spots, phone didn't work when we got there, one of the outlets (where a lamp should have been plugged in) was damaged and couldn't be used, grout on the bathroom floor was chipped/missing in spots, looked like some mold on the bathroom wall, the AC was an old wall unit that didn't work well, the curtains were very dirty/stained, the elevator closest to our room was sketchy and the permit had expired in October 2022 (we visited June 2023).

No breakfast included, no microwave in the room, room phone is not working, cannot connect in the wifi, elevator is not working (just keep on opening and closing), you can hear the footsteps from upstairs, people talking outside the door, been trying to call the front desk using personal phone but no one’s picking up, tv remote is not working.

need better plumbing. toilet needed repairs and I had to be out of the room all day while it was being fixed. loud guests. mystery phone calls at 4am.

phone system is broken and have to walk to front desk to get help. we were not informed that we need to ask for cleaning room, otherwise no one would provide needed towels and toilet paper. the facility is old and many parts are barely functioning.

it was close to San Francisco.

Smelled absolutely terrible. Everything was old and dirty. The carpet in our room had so many dark stains, so disgusting! Needs major upgrades, looks like it’s a 100 years old. Unprofessional staff as well.

No breakfast, in fact, no food within walking distance. Room very basic, bed soft and uncomfortable.

the overall location was okay but hard to get there, especially if u r coming in the opposite direction. the staff can be more helpful and it seems like they are out if everything, even sugar for the coffee.

power outage in the whole area
