- good location on Rt 202 - Spacious Room with a comfortable bed - Very clean - nice place to decompress after a long day - decent coffee/tea at beverage station in the morning

- poor internet despite WiFi access. - Early showers get the hot water. But later showers will be lukewarm, as hot water diminishes in the morning.

Close to funeral location, restaurants and family. Also it was immaculate, uncluttered. The staff was wonderful and beyond helpful.

No complaints whatsoever.

There were ants everywhere in the room including crawling all on me and my husband while we were sleeping.

Clean, newish facilities. Great bed. Good parking.

Noisy plumbing in the bathroom fizzed and gurgled all night. Very noisy air con unit went on and off all night. Rotating front door is too small for people with luggage.

I liked the restaurant. The food and bar manager was the only one that really understand what customer service is. The hotel had free parking.

The only reason I picked this hotel was for the walk in shower because I’m disable. However the hotel second build has a very bad smell like dirty diaper. They front desk and maintenance know about it and can’t fix it. So I asked for another room but this room didn’t have a walk in shower. I had to make up a way to take a shower. It wasn’t safe . It wasn’t comfortable. The hotel was aware of this problem and nothing was done to accommodate my disability. I would never recommend this hotel, and I would never come back. I took took pics of what I had to do to make this room work. I showed them to the front desk manger with no reasonable accommodation, or resolution for my stay.

The shower was broken and when we called to get assistance, we were not a priority. It was Mother’s Day and the front desk only had one person working. They were clearly understaffed.

The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were nice.

Several of us travelled together and booked four different rooms, independently. One person’s reservation was “lost” and she was charged twice. (The manager DID rectify that) Another person has a feather allergy and expressly asked in advance for a hypoallergenic room, which is theoretically offered. Upon arrival, no such room was available. The desk clerk was clearly annoyed and did not want to deal with it. A maintenance person sort of tried but there were still feather pillows. My room had a window shade that couldn’t be raised, half of the TV stations didn’t work, a piece of the console was broken off, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the heat kind of did its own thing so I was either roasting or freezing all night.

The bed was comfortable and check in was quick. The TV in the room was a newer model and quite large for a hotel room. That's about all I liked.

Best way to describe the Double Tree - RUNDOWN. There was a lot NOT to like about it. Our Floor was extremely hot, and the room was like a sauna when we arrived. The toilet moved when you sat on it, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the wall paper was peeling off the wall. The bases of the lamps were rusted or stained. The blinds were not secured to the wall and partially falling off. The fridge in the room was not plugged in when we arrived and it was a pain to plug it in behind the dresser with TV on top. There was no tub, just a small stand up shower. Wouldn't stay there again because it is just run down and old. Everything needs a touch up.
