The staff was friendly. Breakfast was so good. There were so many options. I want to book again just for the breakfast.

The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was magnificent . They catered to our every need.

I really liked that the room and bathroom had a clean smell to them. Also that they had Dove products for you to use such as bath wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion.

Room was good size. Bed was comfortable and was quiet and very close to the airport. Staff was nice and friendly

our bathroom light would flicker on and off, but not a faint deal. the air also would not lower from 73 and it was a little warmer than we would have liked.

They tried charging us $60 more than what booking.com had gave us for our total. We get to our room it’s 84 degrees. Air would not work. Went downstairs to tell front desk they said they would be up to fix it in a minute. Waited in a hot room for 30 mins never came. Went back downstairs they were busy on their cell phones and forgot us. Came to room said it was fixed give it 5 mins. 10 mins later it was stil 84 degrees went back downstairs. This all happened starting at 11pm and we had an early flight. Thru finally gave us another room and took $40 off our bill. Get to our new room a dirty washcloth with hair was left in the sink. Nasty!! I would not stay here again.

The room was very clean, the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable! Great breakfast selection!! You could see the planes flyover but it was quite. Will definitely be staying here again!!

For an airport hotel (next to the largest airport in the world) it’s odd that breakfast only starts at 6am knowing there are A LOT of people that take early morning flights, so it’s very disappointing for an airport hotel to charge for breakfast and then not provide it given the nature of the property - this was a big setback knowing my rate included breakfast.

1) Breakfast service for early morning flights (could be little to go boxes or something like that) 2) luggage storage service - extremely weird an airport hotel doesn’t have a location to store luggages 3) the airport shuttle should definitely stop by the international terminal - very odd for an airport hotel to offer shuttle service and then not provide a full shuttle service - if one is traveling with lots of bags, it’s extremely inconvenient to be “dropped off” At the domestic terminal to then have to take an internal shuttle at the airport, definitely not a good airport shuttle service

Booked last-minute for an unexpected overnight stay. Everything was nice. Decent breakfast. Ladies serving breakfast were very kind. Easy, free shuttle to and from the airport.

I've stayed here on many different occasions, but I will never stay at this location again!!!! The new owners has no clue about making a guest feel at home!!!

Staff! close to airport and provides shuttle to airport. Also you can park your car there while on vacation .
