Worst experience ever! No one will pick your luggage , when you arrive! Reception very slow and one receptionist was there for so many check in guests! Room was so basic and you can hear the next room! No AC and room was hot whole night! If you need anything extra from room service, you should go down to the reception! Very slow service in their restaurant dining! This hotel can’t be 4stars! I wouldn’t give it 1 star! Reception and the team needed good training to be aware with international guests and other international facilities! Not recommended at all!

It was gloomy and just felt really sad. Staff were mostly lacking in enthusiasm for customer care.

Loved everything

Check-in was a breeze. The valet and staff were just great! We literally came for the indoor/outdoor pool for the unofficial start of summer. The kids had a blast! My favorite thing about my stay was the bar! Great bartender. Margaritas were delish, and I'd go back for the burger alone. Split a chocolate cake with the kiddos, and it did not miss!!!

The inside pool area needed some attention. Kind of gunky around the chairs and drains like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Most of all we liked the staff! All members of the staff that we were in touch with were really nice. Also, we lost cash in the front desk area without noticing and when we asked the next day whether they had found any money, they had all our cash in an enveloppe and were able to return it to us! We very much appreciated the staff’s honest handling of our lost funds!
