Great location right next to Old Town and Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles (highly recommend as well). Staff was incredible. When I asked to extend my stay another night, they were very accommodating and quick. Great free parking and breakfast.

Wish it was a smart tv so we had other options other than cable, but no biggy.

Sofa bed mattress was old and unable to sleep on it. It also made the sofa sink down.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was quite good for a hotel breakfast.

The rooms are dated and not quite as clean as they should be as far as baseboards and carpeting and curtains. The entire Hotel needs to be remodeled.

Easy to access hotel location, next to Lo-Lo's Chicken and Waffles, which was good dining, and the Sphinx Date shop, which had delicious souvenirs. 2 min drive to Old Town Shopping area. Hotel parking was free and available. Hotel grounds was clean. Staff was friendly and check in/out was efficient. Good continental breakfast hot/cold options, and there was always warm coffee/tea near the reception desk which was appreciated. We only stayed one night, so we didn't have time for the swimming pool but it looked clean and inviting. The hotel room was clean and more spacious than expected, but the washroom is a bit tight, although everything worked well. The only thing we didn't appreciated was when we pulled out the sofa bed, there was a bit of left over food from the last guests, not cleaned up carefully. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and we would return as the main bed was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was fine.

No TV or area guides in our room. The TV system did not come with a channel / show guide. Had to pay for washing machine and dryer.

Everything! Handicapped accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was excellent. The location so close to Scottsdale stadium was excellent. The staff was excellent. Popcorn was excellent. I could go on.
