Le côté rustique/chalet de la bâtisse. La vue agréable sur le lac! Le coin détente piscine. Petit déjeuner très bon.
Pour les femmes enceintes ou à mobilité réduite, l’hôtel est en hauteur donc difficulté pour remonter!

The hotel is on a small hill with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed sitting on the grass with a glass of wine. The staff was helpful and informative, spacious room, nice gym, good breakfast, overall we had a great time.
Keep in mind that walking back to the hotel from the town's main street does involve a short climb, but nothing too crazy...

The view of the lake and mountains is spectacular. The buffet breakfast is very good and contains a variety of food choices. The bartender was very friendly and offered some tips on what to see in the area. The pool area was really nice though it would have been nice to have some umbrellas outside the pool area for shade.
Going up and down the hill was a bit of a challenge especially when it was so hot. Other than that, no issues or concerns.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. The property was clean and well maintained.

Great location in the center of the little town with great mountains and lake view. The restaurant is inside the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner that is very convenient.
The hotel is a little pricey… I wish for this price the breakfast was included.

Didn't have breakfast but was very happy to have 24 hour access to coffee and tea. Loved our little balcony and the bed was so comfy.

Beautiful property through and through. Perfectly located in the middle of Lake Placid’s hub.

Location was beautiful. The little patio outside of the room was nice as well.
The shower was not the greatest. The shower head moved and there was little water pressure.

Rooms just need refreshing. Colors dark and decor old. Need more plugs for electronics. Would have preferred no roof top room.

The staff was smiling, friendly and very patient, given that I do not speak English well.

Receptionist gave us a room with no windows without telling us in advance. There were bugs in the room and it smelt like a smoking room. We paid for a quality hotel but unexpectedly experienced very bad service!
The receptionist even said the smell was because of the smoke from Canada to Canadian travelers! Sounded very rude!

the location is only few minutes walk to main str or a lake… A restaurant in a hotel, so good food in reasonable prices. very clean and the staff was so helpful and nice.
