The location was perfect. It's close to shopping centers and restaurants. Very affordable and the staff were very friendly.
I don't have anything to say bad about my experience .

Check in desk employee was chatting with another employee who was “hanging out”, waiting for Chipotle delivery. I wasn’t informed of breakfast times or food/bar availability. Was not personal customer service.

Location for my work near Jolliet,next to highway easy access
Upon check in I am informed that being that I am staying two nights , my room will not be cleaned.I am really surprised ,,I expect that a hotel with a rate over 100 dollars a night will have rooms cleaned daily.The room was not really clean,furniture very old, one lamp did not work, bath tub damaged , area does not look very safe.The hotel is under renovation so there is noise going on during the day...why they did not say that on booking.com? Is that cheating?

all the furniture in my room had stains of mysterious origins. honestly it looked like they bought the furniture from the local Goodwill.

Looks to be upgrading.
Upgrading rooms however bathtub was filled with water when we checked into our room. Price high for hotel quality.

The beds were comfortable.
The hotel was undergoing renovations. There was construction debris everywhere. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. The plumbing had issues and the toilet would hardly flush. The bathroom sink was broken and one of the light fixtures would not work at all.

Clean beds.
Pool was closed, hallways smelled musty, rooms were dirty with stains on furniture, floor and wall...someone had written curse words inside their welcome guide and said that they did not believe in the vaccine. There was no hand sanitizer and the exercise equipment was at least 20 years old in a room that looked like a closet.

Well I was in the corner room
The floor that I stayed on which was the second floor it smelled so bad the shower was old and gross the toilet seat wobbled the bed was hard.

The room was dirty. The ac unit was very loud. Bathroom was disgusting... at midnight someone tried my room door.
Called front desk to report it.

They were updating the hotel, it will be very nice when they get done! The breakfast that was included had a lot of choices!

Staff was friendly and helpful.
When booking, was unaware that hotel was undergoing remodeling and that the Outdoor pool was closed. Room was just ok. When first entered the room, tub was plugged and was half full of water from dripping faucet. And no shower curtain. Had to ask front desk for one. Also had to park by a few parking spots full of old room armchairs that had a bag of charcoal and lighter fluid among them. Was overpriced for the condition of the facility.

We were on a cross country trip and so we arrived after midnight. Im glad they have front desk 24/7, we were able to check in smoothly. we had to stay til 12pm as we needed extra hr sleep, so we paid extra $15 for extending an hour. they remodeled the building and it was better!
the lady at the front desk said she’ll refund me the $15 that was charged since I think we only stayed there for few hrs (4:30am to 11:30am lol) we got the deposit refunded, but the $15 still haven’t receive it. but it’s okay, it was a pleasant stay anyway!

restaurant service was not to good and the curtains in our room were full of holes
there were gaps in the window insulation

we understand innovations are being made but rooms that are not ready should not be available

Facilities were under renovation & it was not revealed before- heating system in room was noisy and sporadic - entire front lobby was a mess - elevators monopolized by workers & you had to wait forever. We used the stairs

The location was easy off I80 and had a lot of selection for supper. The room was clean and comfortable.
The lamp next to the bed did not work, no way to plug it in. The clock was not able to be plugged in to a light socket.
