The customer service was awesome. They were very helpful

I didn't like that because I reserved on Booking .com, it didn't give me the option to use my AAA discount. I then asked if I could use it when making my payment,but they said I couldn't.

Bed was comfortable

Side exterior door doesn't close fully or lock unless you securely pulled it in. Room door does same - doesn't close unless you pull it tight. Non smoking facility but the weed smell was very strong in the entry and hallways. Smears on the bathroom walls and comforter was not clean on 1 bed. Front desk wasn't friendly. We had 4 people staying but only had 2 towels. When asked for 2 more towels was irritated we bothered him.

The location was not good and we did not stay. Very insecure place for two traveling women. Group of men drinking in parking lot

Booking.com could alert people making reservations in some way.

Clean, convenient, and inexpensive place to hang our hat during our cross-country drive. We scored absolutely fabulous birria tacos a couple miles east of the hotel at Taqueria Los Paisanos.

The staff was super accommodating and helpful with any issues that we had. Staff was super friendly and inviting as well.

There was bottled water left over in the fridge in our room, and the jets for the hot tub were broken, but the staffed helped us with that.

I liked that it was near several stores and restaurants.

Do not stay here.... Very dirty room. Old food left in microwave which left was a horrible smell in the room. Tried to charge me twice for my stay. Lamp plug was damaged and didn't work. Shower/bath was disgusting. No water pressure and couldn't wash my hair. Reported everything to staff and they apologized but didn't seem worried about it.

Close to stores

Door had holes. It was damaged. For breakfast it was only waffles and cereal. Not as described. Hallways had an awful smell.
