Thank you so much to Laura and all of the staff here. We were displaced due to a house fire and Laura continually helped us extend out stay and assured we never had to change rooms, even as our stay extended longer and longer than we expected THANK YOU LAURA!!!!

This is our new "go to" hotel. The bed was nice and cozy! The staff was great, nice and friendly. Love the full size fridge and mini stove. We had a few days off and this was perfect for us to just get away.

We checked in at 2:00 PM, gave the clerk our credit card, everything was signed . At that time the clerk said that the rooms were not released from housekeeping and we would have to wait 15 mins. to one hour. We told the clerk we would return later for the room keys. At 5:30 , the hotel called, a young lady named CC, who identified herself as a inspector told us via telephone that they were sold out, and had no rooms for us. She did say she was sorry ! I don't understand, how you can run the card, then have no rooms. I asked her to text me a cancelation #, she said she would. It is Monday I still haven't got it. Disgusted we just drove back to South Fl. !

The bed was very comfortable slept well

When I got into the room after putting bags down I noticed two roaches one near air conditioner and one in bathroom. I wasn't pleased with the smell of weed.. through out the hall ways..Otherwise is was quiet and bedding was comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very nice.

OK let’s start out with the ceiling all the water stains and mold on the ceiling the bathroom was disgusting the carpet was even worse it felt like your feet stuck to it. The baseboards were falling off and anyways if you’re interested in the room number is 230.

Location of hotel is perfect. Layout of room with kitchen and cleanliness made my stay very comfortable.

The free use of washers and dryers was a big convenience.

I've never been in a hotel that has a bedroom but the bedroom does not have its own air conditioning unit. I was hot in the bedroom and when I turned the outside a/c unit up, the person in the living area was freezing. Upgrade!!
