property was quiet and clean and breakfast was good.

there was a bit of a musky smell

The layout of the suite was excellent and very quiet. All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. The young lady that checked me in was one of the nicest people I have ever had checking me in at properties.

It is sort of out of the way of activities, things to do. However, I did need a quiet place to go, and this was great for that reason.

Well I got a room for 4 people and wanted for 2. The room was very dark and needs some upgrades. My main issue was the sofa had a couple noticeable holes on the top cushions. So I put a sheet over to feel more comfortable.

staff couldn’t find the reservation for the second night we stayed. they called and basically made us feel like we were being thrown out…we had to leave a ticketed event to get it sorted out. they offer no compensation for the time and money were out by leaving the attraction to examine their mistake. before we even got back to the location, they called to say oops we see it now. you don’t need to come back now. we were not very pleased with the all that was handled. left a night early due to it. facilities were great though.

The distance from the boardwalk at the beach was just right (9 minutes). The spare linen had small blood stains on it otherwise the hotel was clean. The breakfast was delicious and staffs were friendly. I will be returning to this hotel again.

Happy hour was cancelled at this location, found out after check in. Breakfast was bad, water submerged eggs. Coffee was only made in the morning and that was all for the day. Stains on the bed sheet and shams. Big red stain on couch, looked like blood. Staff at check in was rude. The room smelled musty and the AC would never shut off.

Very noisy in the halls at night unable to sleep. Spot on the sheets when we arrived. The couch was dirty and a water bug roach was in the bathroom the second day we were there. The stool was not completely clean and the room smelled old . Maybe new couch would help. My bed vibrated the entire time. But overall the stay was good and in an excellent location.

When we checked in the room smelled like urine, chips and candy wrappers on the floor. They switch us to a dusty room, still with trash from previous guest. Hair in the tub and soap scum. Thankfully I travel with cleaning supplies because it was late and we needed to wash. The housekeeper for room 147 was Jackie and room 345 was Stacey🙂

Each day the breakfasts were delicious! Loved having many options to chose from!
