people were great

It was a safe area and close to wear we needed to be the next day.

Room smelt like smoke and had a toilet that ran all night. No hot water was available until the morning.

The lobby and hallways always smelled great when walking in and out. We had the king suite; it was very spacious for my husband, my 1 year old and myself. Loved that it had a full kitchen and living room area.

The only complaint I would have is the smell of the shower water. It did have a strong chlorine like smell. Almost like pool water.

Location was close to restaurants, night life.

It was clean and up to date. The room was equipped with everything you would need. The staff was polite and helpful. The price was reasonable too.

The fire alarm went off 3 days at 5am they said it was a false alarm something needed fixed or replaced

the bedroom was not very cool

The location is fine. The staff is wonderful.

The room was dirty. Behind the somewhat ratty looking easy chair, when I moved it to be out of the way, there were pretzel cracker crumbs and other assorted detritus that should have been vacuumed. I would also like to have a nightlight with a plug on both sides of the bed. The outlet closest to the far side of the bed in Room 221 won't hold a plug, is defective and needs to be replaced. Also with the easy chair where it is placed, it is impossible to get in and out of the far side of the bed. There is simply no room. Period.
