Nothing at all. They gave us our room 40 minutes later. Room wasn’t clean bed still had old covers from other people that stayed there

La ubicación es muy buena si vas al centro de convenciones y para estar cerca del riverwalk.
El lobby tiene un olor muy desagradable. mi cuarto no estaba limpio como debería de ser, había cabello en la rejilla de la tina, las cabeceras estaban manchadas y la puerta del baño estaba pegajosa como si nunca la hubieran limpiado cuando sale un huésped. Uno de los días que estuve nunca pasaron a limpiar la habitación y eso que regresamos a descansar a las 4 pm.

The location was perfect, it was quiet enough to be able to relax and enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to all the fun that I was just a short walk to restaurants and bars. The hotel was very clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The river view was amazing, I will definitely stay again.
The walls were a little thin, I could hear what was going on in the room next to me but it wasn’t anything that kept me awake or made the stay bad.
It was very busy during our stay so the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long.

Location to Riverwalk
Outdated, needs a renovation. View from hotel was an empty building with broken out windows. Our room had one of those adjoining doors and you could hear people talking through the door. I dropped water on room floor and wiped it up and turned the rag filthy dirty. The carpet in hallways needed a vacuuming. The pool area was unpleasant and unkempt and out dated.

I requested handicap room with king bed and customer service did not attempt to accommodate. Person on the phone was very short and rude. I request a view of the Riverwalk instead I got the view if two buildings.

Excellent stay on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, very nice hotel, a little dated in the bathroom, but otherwise clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent. Very friendly staff, they brought the extra pillows quickly when we requested them. We would stay here again.

When we went to the bar we were ignored. The tables were dirty and I had to ask for a towel- He was very personable and cleaned the table for us. But didn’t acknowledge us again.

Location was good
There were bugs in shower. There was something in bed that made my girlfriend and I both itch. We found 2 tiny bugs in bed! This is unacceptable and I feel for what we paid the service and cleanliness was not good. The towels were to worn and we asked for extra but maid did not speak English and we got no more towels. All in all we were not impressed with your facility for the money!

Easy access to our room. Loved being on the 3rd floor. King bed was very comfy. Balcony/riverwalk view was definitely a bonus :)
