The rooms were never nice but service so bad we will never consider Hyatt again.

The staff were rude. Breakfast was not well prepared and only about half of the amounts needed provided for the number of guests staying. The coffee was cold both mornings. We only had two towels for 3 people for two days and we asked for additional twice. One elevator functional for the entire property and it was programmed to stop at every floor going both up and down whether a guest was getting on or off or not. Terrible experience.

It was very clean and the staff was very welcoming.

I like that the rooms were clean . The house keeping was very nice and took good care of everything we needed.

I didn't like the fact that Google maps leads you in a circle and makes it hard to find the place. I know that the area is under construction but for people who traveling this can become an inconvenience because of how long the traveled to come there. Also there should be details about getting tickets to enter in the hotel . I'm sure a lot of people got their debit cards stuff in the machine thinking they should pay there. Also the breakfast was great but after a couple of years it could be changed up a little sometimes.

The toilet area is crazy small…difficult to get in and out.

Construction was going on in the floor and unit was smelling bad. Charged extra $20 for parking

Honestly, we enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel. The location is a bit off the path to the center of the Riverwalk, but it is still in walking distance. But, be prepared to walk to the main part of the Riverwalk. We enjoyed the pool area, the outside seating area overlooking the Riverwalk. Really just a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly. Easy access to the HEB and interstate.

I was not too pleased with the breakfast area. The area is very small compared to other Hyatt's that we have been to and on a busy summer touristy morning, it can get crowded. I really wish they could expand their serving area. They did have additional seating in meeting rooms, but the service area is not enough space to support such a crowd. Oh, also ..NO microwave in rooms. I don't even know where one was located so we could not reheat food.

Liked that it was on the riverwalk, but very quiet and peaceful, had amazing walks in the morning, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The only thing was that restroom were cramp.

Breakfast was awesomely hot and great. Front desk great customer service, nice, friendly.

Further than anticipated from the main locations of river walk. Distance is probably a good 2miles from reaching first store/restaurants. A/C turning off btw breaks was a negative for me. We had no control of A/C per say. Only to adjust temp.

Breakfast was good, room was clean.

AC just couldn't keep up and keep our room cool enough when trying to go to sleep. Also, hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking when there is no valet parking or anything else special about the parking. It was a basic lot and if I had to pay for parking again, I would rethink staying at the same place.

Has gate to enter the parking lot not everyone can go in and it was in a good location the rooms were pretty decent

That they charge parking I think that if you book there the parking should be free and I also think you should add more to your breakfast

Attraction are within a walking distance. Staff was polite.

I saw some mold in the restroom.

Only issue I had was that the room aircon is motion activated. So you'll be lying in bed and the aircon will go off. And will not come back on until you get out of bed. This made relaxing in the room impossible as the outside temp was 102F and the room would not get below 72F this is very warm to a British guy trying to escape the outside heat!

Nice and Clean. Staff was excellent! Everyone was nice and courteous. Third time staying. Will stay again!

Elevators

Staff was wonderful and place was super clean and perfect.

Parking fee was insane, we are already paying for the stay. Elevator was taking a very long time and very slow, too much wait time, it took us almost 1 hr to get to the 1st floor, we couldn't take the stairs because we have babies and way too many luggage too carry down.

Clean, friendly staff, great location (on the river but not too busy).

The washroom was very small.
