A szemben két szobából kutyaugatás zavarta az alvásunkat. Furcsa, hogy egy épületbe teszik a kutyás vendégeket is.

Was not advised by front desk that rooms were only serviced every other day.

Carpet was nasty, refrigerator did Not cool, our reservation said we would have a patio no rooms had patios housekeeping did NOT EVER COME INTO OUR ROOM. FURNITURE sofa, chair were very uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly. All in all it was an over priced hotel that was definitely not a place I would stay again or recommend to anyone else. PS. We were told that there was free wi-fi and there was none.

Cut arm on bathroom door lock which was not filed down properly.No first aid kit so had to go and purchase supplies.

The cleaning staff were the best!! They were super nice when engaging with them.
The rooms were smaller than I thought it would be for the Hilton elegance that it is known as. Small bathroom. Old furniture look. It’s not modern.

I like everything!!!! The places is very clean and good take care. The bedrooms were clean and smell very good and also the bathroom. The breakfast in the morning was very organized and staff so generous. I highly recommend

The hotel and room were clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. Surroundings were great and quiet. The check in clerk was very friendly. No free breakfast.
Main complaint was the free coffee machine in the lobby was out of order from the time I got there until I left (4days). They could have provided another way to get coffee during the day,eve. They didn't.

Cleaning staff was great
Having to dodge bicycles in the hallway and elevator. No continental breakfast offered. Toilet seat was broken and no bath mat, tub was slippery.

THE ROOM WAS DECENT
THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST MARY WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. MARY WAS VERY SMUG AN UNAPOLOGETIC THAT THE ROOM WASN'T READY! WE TRIED TO CHECK IN AFTER 5:00PM AND OUR ROOM STILL WASN'T READY. MARY COULD NOT GIVE US A TIME FRAME AS TO WHEN OUR ROOM WOULD BE READY. "THEY WERE SHORT STAFFED AND COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH CLEANING THE ROOMS." I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND WE WOULD GO ACROSS THE STREET. MARY WOULDN'T GIVE US A REFUND BECAUSE WE BOOKED WITH BOOKING.COM. THERE WAS NO MANAGER ON STAFF TO DISCUSS THIS WITH! I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN. SHOCKING FOR A HILTON PROPERTY!
