Conveniently located. Staff was nice and helpful. Food service was nice and everyone enjoyed it.

Hotel was good overall. The localisation was good, next to the conference centre, there was no problem to easy get to the city or use bus. Breakfast was very nice and tasty. You could choose table with river view or eat inside the Lobby. Evening snack and drink was also nice.

The competence of the night shift staff leaves much to be desired. Front desk tried to reserve a deposit of much higher value than said (250 instead of 100) when this was not possible, booked a deposit without my knowledge for 150. Our room was not cleaned and no towels changed (only once during our stay), if there was any option to choose we were not informed. The amenities was also weak - for the price we expected at least something - not just 3 shower gels for the entire stay. The pool was closed for 2 days. No welcome information such as where the pool / breakfast is, opening time, etc. The room was very large but it looks like good housekeeping was a long time ago. The carpet was dirty and the sofa didn't smell nice. The price was too high for the quality

The breakfast was nice, but not as nice as other Embassy Suites I have been to.

The room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom and tub. When you opened the door, the smell of dog piss hit you like a ton of bricks. There was zero toilet paper and when we asked for some, an employee at the front desk said he would bring some and never did.

There was dirt in the tub still, everyone was busy to busy !! Also it was very loud at the place chosen by the elevators !! Loud neighbors eggs were running to wet, the only person was front desk guy he was there by himself !! The view was not fully a riverside view it was a building

Breakfast and location to the REDS baseball field. I felt sorry for some of the staff. They seemed overworked. There were only two staff members for a long check-in line. Get there early if you want to make the game.

The rooms had a musty smell. We requested an upgrade, but it was not available. Our rooms had no sheets or blankets for the pullout couch. Website lists check out as 12 noon, We were told it was 11. We asked for a 30-minute extension because my son was sick to his stomach but was told "no". We left by 11 AM. The check-out person on that day was condescending and disrespectful. We had 2 rooms and paid almost $700. This was definitely not the quality I am used to having as a Hilton Rewards member or with Embassy Suites. The only good thing I could say was the breakfast was good!

The parking and trying to get to hotel. We are handicapped and use an electric scooter. Not very assessable. Took 30 minutes to enter room. Had to keep going back down to lobby to get new keys. Then they figured out the batteries were dead on the door keypad. We had 5 adults and 1 kid in our room there were 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Another time we had to go to lobby to get towels. For $300+ a night the rooms were not very grand. The sofa bed had no bedding. Once again had to go to lobby to get those.

It's possible there was and unexpected staff shortage today, but: There was only one person checking people in and the line was LONG and the wait was LONG. Only one person running the bar for free drinks, plus taking meal orders. He was quick and courteous but the wait was longer than necessary! No one answered the phone when I attempted to order room service. I wish parking was free and not $12/day.

not much around the hotel hotel kitchen was unable to handle the volume of food orders and actually stopped taking food orders long before advertised closing time the included breakfast was very good

At our breakfast the first morning, while my husband and I stood waiting to have our omelet made, a HUGE roach fell from the wall and onto the counter beside our plates. The hotel customer service said they put a note on our account to refund the second night, but I first had to notify Booking.com and wait for Booking.com to call them before refunding. I immediately went to the website and sent an email with no response yet. Please contact the Embassy Suites so that I can get my money back for this horrible experience. I should be compensated for our entire stay, this absolutely ruined our our vacation!

The room was clean and relaxing. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Finding the entrance from the parking garage was a little hard because it says fire exit.
