Close to the event venue I was going to.

It’s very outdated and the toilet was super low.

The hotel itself was fine, with facilities and cleanliness to the expected standard - and the breakfast was good.

The check-in experience was, frankly, appalling. Arriving after a long, hot, and delayed journey after what we had been informed was the check-in time of 3pm, and needing to shower and before having to leave quite quickly for a concert, we were told that a room would not be available for another half hour. Annoyed, we challenged this, and were eventually told that check-in time was now 4pm. Not only had we not been informed of this subsequent to our making of the booking, which information would have resulted in us cancelling the booking, but as a reason it sounded very much like temporalization. By now pretty angry, we saw the hotel's manager, who - not to our surprise - did immediately find an available room to check us into. Making the situation even worse - or maybe simply more bizarre - when we were waiting to speak to the manager we saw a pair of other couples walk up to the desk and be promptly checked in. What exactly was going on we have no idea, but the experience left a very bad taste that completely marred our overnight stay.

I didn't like anything about this property. From the moment I walked into the lobby-it smelled poorly, a staff member was ride, dimly lit, etc. The outdated grossly looking dirty carpet in the hallways made it no better and the room was smelly, furniture and all were old. I was afraid to even sit on any of it, including the bed.

Staff was nice and location was great!

The room was not clean. You could tell that the toilet and bathtub had not been cleaned. The phone was also very dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile.

Check in was horrible had I not paid already I would have left.
