Clean room ok breakfast

Lobby being remodeled was not told it was a mess. No where to sit for breakfast had to bring it back to room. Should receive credit!

Staff were very nonchallant, unfriendly and to me and my family a little racist.

Kitchen area no paper towels. Only cloth towel. Telephone dirty and not plugged in, soap in shower empty. Refrigerator rust at the bottom. Room to small for 3 people.

The bed was horrible. It literally was broken and it felt like we were sleeping in a hole. The AC was garbage. It would cycle on and off tho a point we couldn’t sleep bc it would get hot. Honestly the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott property.

We liked the location close to the university. Also liked the late checkout option as we needed to come back and take a shower before heading home.

Foyer had overwhelming fake perfume smell. The room key did not work. Had to go ask for new key. Then the room smelled like smoke. There was hair on the bed. There was debris on the carpet. They moved us to another room. The key did not work again. Had to make multiple trips up and down to get a key that worked. Water bottles in the room said $4 each. New room was nice. Facilities under construction so it’s very dirty. Pool is empty and elevator is filthy.

Great location

German roaches in the hotel room in the tub and sink and on floors. The bed felt like it was 30 years old and sank so severely that it felt as if the bed was so overused that it offered zero support. The couch was so caved in the middle that it looked as if an elephant crushed the center and if you sat on the edge cushions you actually lean towards the center. Also, going through Booking.com made it hard for the hotel to find our reservation. Booking.com was useless.

the smell of weed as soon as you hit the parking lot. ppl were out front but further down the sidewalk but. they were smoking weed and it smelled of it. I had my grandchildren with me so I was disappointed by that. I was told that there was nothing could be done because no smoking was inside and they were out side. overall it was ok. the hot tub was dirty and can use a drain out and fresh water otherwise it was a good quiet stay
