We were there for a spring training game and it was the perfect location for it. The room was very nice and staff were very friendly.

Beth gave a room that had dirty carpet. Could not let the window shades up. The Wi-Fi didn't work, room 107. At 1am Philip changed me to room 108, it was better. The rest of the staff was great. I was very disappointed.

An explanation of why I was given a single room with 2 beds. Instead of a single room with 2 bedrooms. I used your website and reserved a room with 2 bedrooms and when called Booking.com you did nothing to help..

parking was easy and free. clean on the outside.

The elevator specifically was musty and somewhat unpleasant smell. maybe not cleaned regularly. not sure.

bed made noises every time you rolled over. I asked to speak to a manager & the Desk clerk said she would have one call me. I haven’t heard back from a manager yet.

The hotel was very short staffed but the night time worker was extremely nice and tried his best to help us.

There were cockroaches in our room, the hotel ran out of bathroom towels, no hashbrowns for breakfast. I killed one but the others ran under our bed.

The hotel was clean. Has nice gym and laundry room. Also had a nice pool. Friendly staff. Nice setting. I have stayed there multiple times.

The breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. Also the coffee is very good.

The rooms were very outdated a dirty and the hot tub was not working. For the price you can stay at a nicer place.
