Bed was completely uncomfortable. Disrespectful staff. Parking lot needs complete pavement. Hopefully y’all have spare tires, you’ll need it.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Also when I came back for an item I left they couldn’t even look up my room number or even go check to see if my usb outlet and cords were left in there. Reasoning was “door has been sealed and can’t break the seal” LOL WHAT!!! Literally would take 2 minutes. And who would throw away over $30 or so dollars worth of outlets/cords?!?! Front clerk was disrespectful about it also. An absolute joke of an organization. Never will stay again and will tell all fans to stay away. You know cause we can’t break any seals and all. Spend the little extra money and skip this place. Customer satisfaction is key and they dropped the ball Big Time!!!! Also, hopefully guests have spare tires as their parking lot is horrible. They need a complete paved lot.

When we booked online we booked for early check in as I work night shift and we wanted to check in early so that I could sleep. Upon arrival the staff member was rude to us about early check in- stating “check in isn’t until four pm and our housekeeping staff had just arrived (it was 10am) so nothing is going to be clean yet.” We checked back in around noon and the same thing was said. We had nothing else to do around the area as we are from Ohio. We called again around 2pm and we were met with the same response although it was much more rude. Once we arrived again at 4pm we got to our room and after getting settled we got ready to take a shower- hanging on the shower pole there was a very visibly dirty used rag that had pubic hair on it. The floors were dirty, the refrigerator had dirt or old food on the side of it. There was also a visible stain of some sort on the sofa bed. As well as a stain on the arm of the sofa. We also had to go get our own sheets for the sofa bed even though the room was booked for three people. Overall our stay was dirty and unfriendly. Will not be staying here again.

I thought the hotel was exceptional. I booked it not knowing what it be like for a visit I made to the U of M. The staff were incredibly pleasant. The room was a suite, complete with a small fully equipped kitchen including ice machine in the refrigerator. The room had a large desk area if your needs were business related, a comfortable lazy boy type chair. The bed was so comfortable. The room had been cleaned and sanitized with a courtesy note left from the housekeeper. It was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in with affordable pricing.

Staff was great - I had to miss first night of my reservation because of airline issues and they held it for me even though it was a busy weekend. Very grateful for that!

Connivence the location. The room was a suite. Dog Friendly.

Good place, friendly staff, restaurants and organic supermarket reachable by foot. Ann Arbor city not far away.

it was conveniently located

the room was stinky. it was small for a room that was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. Breakfast was not included, despite being advertised as such.
