No breakfast. Just an area you could buy food items and basic necessities

Would have been nice to have a breakfast like other extended stay hotels

Premises were very nice.

There was no breakfast in the facilities. A walk around the hotel provided very little in terms of stores. You had to drive everywhere.

The stay is comfortable and the staff were all very welcoming and polite. The room is cozy and large enough to move around in a wheelchair.

The room smelled of stale smoke and I had to go purchase a wax warmer in order to improve the smell of the room. Additional spray bought to spray room as well. Upon exiting the back of the hotel where you are to take your pets to designated area there is not a ramp for a chair to get down. I actually had to get out of my chair to physically pull it back up on the sidewalk and ended up twisting my thumb and hurting my wrist. I'm an amputee above the knee on the right leg and I had to go completely around the front then to back with out safety of a sidewalk and in a wheelchair. A ramp for wheelchairs should be off the backside of the hotel to accomodate those with service dogs.

The price was okay.

The room was nasty and smelled like mildew in which we told the front desk and asked for another room. Was told that another room was not available and was given some spray.

Overall the property was clean and organized.

The STAFF was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL both at check in and check out. I plan on telling everyone I know NOT to go here unless unprofessional staff is okay with them. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES BECAUSE OF THE STAFF.. I have stayed at several properties in the area at various designs, price and location but never have the staff treated me this way. I am a very quite easy going person so it takes a lot for me to complain.

Cadilytic converters were stolen off my truck $3500 +rental + 2more nights I had to stay

Room smelt like mildew, bathroom door had stains on it, caulk for soap holder in shower was cracked and black, need to hire pest control, was bitten several times and saw several roaches.

nothing I did not stay. we left and found another hotel.

the first room smelled like mildew and the second room lock did t work and still smelled. o e guest said watch out for the bugs so at that point me and my kids left. we asked for a refi d but they said we needed to go through booking .com. please use this statement to refund my booking.
