The only things I liked were the two employees working there and the bed was comfy.

The hotel smelled funny, everything seemed to be broken or closed inside the hotel, there were padlocks on doors and some of the room numbers were laying on the floor.

The hotel could use some updating inside and outside. I could tell the hotel was a really nice hotel years ago.

The hotel was old nothing worked right, the rooms need to be upgraded. I had to go to the front desk 3 times because my key wouldn’t work. The room smelled like dog because the bed skirt wasn’t cleaned and had clumps of dog hair on it!

Key didn’t work when I got to room. Had to switch rooms. The tub wouldn’t drain properly even after a maintenance person visited room.

The bathroom had hair in it. The floor was icky in the bathroom. The hallways had an odor. The elevators didn’t work in the morning. We had to walk down 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. The bedding was comfortable.

The staff is incredibly king and helpful. The hotel itself if good. It was exactly what I needed for a business trip.

Hotel was OK.

Booking.com double-booked me, then when both were canceled I was charged anyway. I paid the room directly, so in total I paid 3 times. Customer service wouldn't send my email and by phone they hung up on me. Owed 1207.40. Email [email protected]

There was NO breakfast which is the best meal of the day to me.

Breakfast would have been much appreciated.
