Property was clean and the breakfast staff were very kind and professional.

The pool needs cleaning of leaves and bugs

The rooms were very clean as well as the common areas. Direct access to the hotel from the parking garage was so convenient. The complimentary breakfast was EXCEPTIONAL. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to St. Louis!

We were placed on the 6th floor and there was an event taking place on the 7th floor. With 2 young kids, music playing extremely loud until after 11pm is not ideal. Other than that, no complaints!

The staff was amazing! Our little kids were a little loud in the pool having so much fun and when we went to check out the staff asked us if we were the ones in the pool the night before. I answered yes expecting them to complain about them being rowdy but they just told us how nice it was to hear them enjoying themselves and how it made them so happy to see the kids having so much fun. The hotel was very nice and extremely clean but the staff was fantastic. So family friendly which isn't always easy to find!

It was very good. If you wanted waffles and omelettes , you stood in line for your order. And he cooked the made to order request for you in 3-5 minutes. Everyone was very pleasantly ready to help.

I loved the location. Close to St.Louis. The staff were very friendly. Parking was free and easy. The hotel was clean.

The overall hotel was just ok. It was dated. The television worked poorly. The breakfast staff was def less friendly than the front staff. The room was nothing special. Many other options prob better in the area.

Don't remember the name of who checked us in, but she seemed impatient as I asked a few questions. Almost as though I was an imposition. The power went out in the night, which made it kind of warm in the room. Not your fault.
