The room overall was fine and clean.

The bathroom was not stocked with toiletries including hand soap. The breakfast was cheap and didn’t taste like other hotel continental breakfast items. For $155 a night the breakfast options seemed sad. We didn’t expect the best of the best but this all tasted microwaved/boiled.

The beds were super comfy. The room was clean. The staff was great.

I would like to have been informed the pool/hot tub was closed "for maintenance" and they price gouged us since the concert was in town.

morning breakfast staff was unable to keep up with the coffee and other items. went down three times and empty every time. Keurig in room was fine but not much to it. Petty yes, but at $451 for the night (price hike due to the Garth Brooks concert no doubt) you expect more.

Pool never open our entire weekend stay, which was why we chose this hotel. Then TV went out at 8pm and never came back on.

I thought the staff was excellent, the accommodation was clean and the location was excellent. Breakfast was very good as well.

Getting into our room. We arrived at 8 pm and when checking in, we were told that we had already checked in and that our room was taken. Clearly that was not the case. The staff went to actually see if someone was in our room and yes the room was taken. We were given another room. At 10 pm, a couple walked into our room. They went back downstairs. They had called the hotel twice to let them know that they were coming and would be a late arrival. This couple had to be booked in a different hotel because we were already settled in the room and the hotel was booked because of a party (which we didn't hear at all). Because they gave this couple room keys to our room, our keys didn't work any longer. The staff worked very hard to accommodate everyone and they did give us some free water and snacks. Not certain if it was an overbooking situation or if the party at the hotel caused more guests than initially planned.

They had name wrong in computer said we had no reservation. MANAGER , said was our fault for using a third party site like booking.com. finally got resolved. Got our rooms. Was extremely upset!

Front desk day time staff was rude and not helpful. Booked for 2 beds because I was traveling with my son but we got 1 king size bed that was very hard and could sleep. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The lady that checked us in was super nice and sweet! I didn't get her name but she had long dark hair.

The only issue I had with our stay had to do with the housekeeping. We had spilled a coffee cup and it got all over the bed sheets the night before. Well, housekeeping didn't change the sheets, they just made the bed up!
