Breakfast was good. Location worked out for us

We were next to the elevator shaft and could hear the elevator running in our room

Pool area was nice. Room was nice.

Pool water was a little chilly, but not too bad.

Way too expensive for the room we got and it said breakfast was included and they never ended up serving it. I won’t be back.

They were remodeling and don’t inform us before check in.. pool was closed and they didn’t inform us of any of that either.. drove almost three hours to see our stepson and swim and couldn’t do anything so we checked out.

We like clean spacious room , quite , nice pool and close to restaurants with walking distance

Upon arrival, we been told our reservation been canceled , after hour and half finally reinstated after booking.com called them . We did send two emails to hotel prior to this trip .. they never responded .. breakfast ok but there are many painters work for hotel and occupied most Tables and play they radio loud ..kind unpleasant .. room furnitures are outdated .. with scratches on sofa , refrigerator cabinets etc … all tv channels are not HDR ..very limited viewing , heater blows cold air even temp at 72-73 degree …from parking lot to hotel entrance very slippery .. they should clear snow with salt on pavement for the safety of all hotel guests.

Having a hot breakfast was a nice idea but was not that much of a value when it was only good 3 of the 7 days of our stay. Decent location outside of the shady hotel next door

It smelled like mildew as you walking in the front door. But the was quickly replaced by the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Very appealing to eat breakfast right next to the employee smoking area(the front door way. During our stay a guest large dog pooped in several high traffic areas. The pool was disgusting. There was mold and mildew throughout the pool area. The pool itself is dirty. The elevator and upper floor stunk of marijuana smoke almost our entire stay. On the last night of our stay we witnessed another guest setting up a fry in their room and deep fring food in their room with their door open so their room would not be so hot.
