It’s a HAMPTON INN.
It was close to highway, when we needed to stop for the day.
Front desk staff were great.
The person manning the morning breakfast. Walked in at 9:59 and was told breakfast ended at 10:00 and we could not grab and go. sad, as the Food was still out and we were not asking for her to go find things.
But she a schedule to keep and a Manager watching her and we need to leave so she can clean up.
Sad for a Sunday morning.
She needs to get some proper training on dealing with people.

the room didn’t have even a chair, i asked for queen beds they were full size. it smelled weird, wasn’t super clean. and incidentals were higher than any other hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. not like other Hamptons just not up to par at all.

The fridge wasn't cleaned out from the last guest so I questioned the cleanliness of the whole room.

Good breakfast, very good location and close to gas station (around the corner), shops and restaurant is only within 5 minutes drive. Room is good and keep us warm through the night. Good bed and pillow.

i have stayed in this hotel in the past too but I have seen it’s condition deteriorating over the time . Rooms need a bit of deep cleaning and I could see the cloth around the bed being stained . one of the towels I picked up also looked stained . The hotel seriously need to do a cleanliness audit . They have got competition around and people like me will shift to other hotels if the corrections are not done . Management please wake up .

There was no safe in the room. When I checked in, nobody was at the desk. I waited almost 15 mins before someone showed up. This is not the fault of the staff - it is the fault of the management to not have enough people working there.

Room was given to someone else and we were told we had to transfer to another location. It ruined our wedding night and the receptionist was rude and laughed in our faces. I will be disputing the unfair charges for a room I never got to stay in!!!

Breakfast was great! Alot of variety. Hotel was super close to highway. Mike at the front desk who works 3rd shift was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Very much appreciated his great customer service. The free water at check-in was a nice touch!

Breakfast was good. It included pastry, cereal (hot & cold), yogurt, eggs, French toast sticks, juice, coffee, etc. Smoked sausage pieces were interesting.
Water in the shower took about 35 to 40 minutes to drain.

Room size for a king deluxe was spacious.
This hotel needs to invest in updates. King bed sagged in the middle. Needs replaced. Bedding is very low quality, felt like we were sleeping on a mattress cover only. Stains on couch & desk chair. A piece of the HVAC unit was just laying on the floor. The laminate on the bedside table peeled off and was sticking out. Worst of all was the odd chemical smell. It grew more intense as the ventilation kicked on. Very glad the window opened for fresh air! We stayed here on a friend's recommendation. Never again!
