Staff was super friendly and the room was cozy.

Internet wasn't that good and if you wanted a better connection you had to pay extra..

hotel wasn’t plow the snow of the property.. I couldn’t even get into parking lot that means I couldn’t park my car despite I made 3 days of reservations and this happened on 2nd night.. I call the hotels receptionist and she told me due to snow storms plow truck couldn’t come to the property while nothing she could do.. so I left the property after about 30 minutes of staying in my car on the main road that lead to the hotel parking lot with annoyance and upset for the treatment I received.. I made the hotel reservations due to snow storms in the first place and my stayed ended up horrible…

Location and room size.

Misinformation on services provided. There was no breakfast. I have traveled a fair amount lately and every other hotel we have stayed at is serving breakfast again. This needs to be corrected on Booking.com. Also cleanliness of room wasn't great. Otherwise stay was average.

Still waiting on a refund more than a month after checking out. Had to check out early because the room I booked and paid for had not actually been reserved. A friend checked into the room before I did, and the hotel front desk made him pay the full amount even though I had already paid.

The refrigerator did not work. Did not have a ice machine. Vending machines only took cards no cash. Not very clean.

Free parking. Mostly clean besides the carpet. Friendly, efficient staff. Prices were good.

Stained carpet. No dishes or cookware. (I'm aware it's available, but it would be nice if a few essentials were already stocked.) No coffee or coffee maker in room, or other appliances, like a toaster.

Dogs barking all night in room very near mine!!! Did not say when booking I could not pay cash for room, had to use credit card like it or not. Carpets in entry, halls & room dirty..

The location was good for the travel I was on. The late checkin was appreciated. Other than the carpet and smell it wasn’t dirty. Didn’t need or use the kitchen for one night.

I had booked a nonsmoking room. Upon arrival to the room and during checkin noting there was no smoking in the room, the room did not smell good. Nonsmoking should not smell like it old smoke. The carpet needs upgrading. Hard to tell if it was clean. Upon reading the reviews I had hope that this would meet above the stars it had. It did not.

I always feel like I'm at home when I'm here. The young lady at front desk works during the day. She is awesome, she always was very kind with everything I asked. Your lucky to have her as an employee. She will go far in life!

No breakfast, no coffee or tea available.

Carpet in our room was filthy, toilet was dirty on outside, no hairdryer, TV controllers didn't work, had to turn set on + off by hand in back of set.

The fridge and room key worked.

Filthy. Thank goodness I brought a new pack of wipes. There was caked on stuff on all the counters. The microwave was filthy. Sticky floor. Burns in carpet. Holes in bed skirt. Remote wouldn't turn tv on or off. One of the two burners didn't work. No coffee pot or kitchenware, not one thing in cabinets. Requested coffee pot, pot to boil water and 2 glasses and 2 coffee cups. Went to pick them up and only had pots. Front desk employee had to "find" us glasses and coffee cups. Came back carrying glasses with fingers inside them. Coffee carafe didn't fit pot so had to hold pot in position for coffee to drain. They gave us no filters. Called desk to get them. Rang for 5 minutes. Husband went down to desk. No one there. Tried for 15 minutes, gave up and used the paper towels we brought with us. Tried on way out that day to get some and desk employee reached into the pen drawer at reception and pulled out two huge filters. They were not wrapped in anything...and we're for a commercial pot when the one they gave us made about 2 cups. It was a joke. We bought paper plates and bowls with us thank goodness. I wouldn't stay here again for any reason. I'd be happier in a tent with an air mattress. You pay for extended stay so you can save money with the kitchen, but we had to buy our own dish soap and sponge since there wasn't any. Oh and mask usage was hit or miss. During a pandemic, clean should be a priority. Not so much. At least the fridge worked. And the room key.
