The Staff was very Friendly & Accomodating. We love that they had a Hot Tub & a Pool! We love that they had Free Breakfast & WIFI! We enjoyed the Free Cookies too! We appreciate that they even let us checkout at Noon instead of 11am!!! The Bed didn't make my back hurt!!
It would be nice if they had Fruit Loops Cereal for Breakfast. None of the juices from the juice machine tasted good.

Took grandkids swimming. There were no towels in the swimming area. There was a sign on the wall if you need assistance you can use this phone. I told my granddaughter to pick up the phone and tell them that we needed some swimming towels. The front desk lady was walking by and she told her to quit playing with the phone. Not even saying anything to me I had to let her know that I told her to pick up the phone and let her know there was no swimming towels. We were the only three people in there. I told her she’s not gonna just pick up the phone and play with it. She’s 10 years old. She went on to say that a lot of kids play with the phone. I told her not all kids are the same and I am the adult here with her watching her.

The breakfast options were nice.
The toilet did not flush properly. Water was at the ankles when a shower was taken due to poor plumbing. I reported the room# and problems to the front desk. I called the front desk (Donovan) to request a plunger in order to unstop the toiet. It never arrived. Donovan reported he forgot the room number. I was informed a maintenance worker was not available. Donovan was pleasant; however, he did not appear concerned about the poorly functioning plumbing.

Sink was broken; tub broken, toilet clogged way too easily. My husband is a plumber so he fixed all of these things, but usually don’t have bad rooms at Hampton. Also had a musty smell to room, not a clean smell like I am used to with a Hampton room.
Also, very few breakfast options compared to other hotels. We are out.

Check in and check out was quick and the staff were helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable.
The room arrangement was terrible - worst I've seen. The closet/desk unit was behind the second bed. One could not access it because the desk chair blocked it. It was squeezed into the space and really didn't fit! Room size was not made for two beds! There was no easy chair, or table. Nowhere to sit except on beds. With great effort we lifted the desk chair and placed it by the window so that we could access the closet and use the desk space, but without the chair!
There was no room service during the three days we were there.

I have always liked Hampton because of how much they would go out of their way to accommodate the needs of their guests.
That they would not let us relocate to another Hampton Hilton without charging us with a full accommodation. Our group came in for a funeral and our hampton stay was not booked with theirs. Which we all were to be together. I was so upset and amy girls were so upset that we all just came home. Very disappointed at the front desk for not even trying to help us. Never again.
