Part of the driveway was dug up and dangerous with poor lighting and poor warning. We could have fallen into the dug up driveway that was at least a foot deep and ruined our vehicle. The warning cones were laying sideways in the ditch.

Breakfast was great. I had oatmeal. Would have loved a slice of bacon. Hostess working in the area was kind and professional.❤️

Building was fresh and new. Games in the lobby, snack bar, and breakfast were a great plus.
Bathrooms could have been a little more clean and no microwaves in room but they did have mini fridges. Staff did their job well, but weren't very friendly.

The room was very clean and lovely. The staff was excellent.
I have been charged 3 times on my debit card for the 2 day stay and have been arguing the charges with no assistance. Everyday a new charge comes up for $33.48 or $46.23 and $212.60 then a credit of $160.78 then a new charge of $212.80. It is all blamed on Booking.com yet my bank has stated Tru by Hilton is the one taking the charges. Everyday I’m worried of charges!

Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful when I had issue with closed captioned TV. They tried to fix it. so they moved to other room on same floor. No issue with TV. We were happy about it.
Just wish for more condiments for breakfast.

The staff was amazing to deal with, very friendly and polite. The room was clean and the bed was like any other Hilton property, amazing. The location is pretty convenient if you need to get to the tollway or the grocery.
Room was smaller than your average hotel room for a king, as a solo traveler it felt a little cramped, if you’re traveling as a couple it might be too tight for you two to be comfortable.
Breakfast was very minimal as far as options go.

The property as a whole looked looked modern
The property as a whole looked ok but our the towels and sheets in our room were stained, there were crumbs in my bed, the window shade was ripped and the bathtub was scratched up and cracked.

The location was very convenient to our travel route
This is NOT a pet free facility. In other words, no room is off limits to pets. Somehow I missed this when booking or it is not plainly indicated in the booking process.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had area restaurant suggestions, things to do and other information posted on the wall opposite the elevators. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Drawers for clothes was non existant. And the closet was a pipe that hung over the cabinet that housed the refrigerator. Couldn't hang anything like a dress, the bottom would lay on the counter.

Love the pool table and games in the lobby! Bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good.
Milk was missing for breakfast. That's it! Everything else was perfect!

Liked the fun colors and decor. Lots of seating and working areas and just to hang out.. Pool table a nice touch as is the 24.7 coffee.

I love the home feeling and 24 hr lobby coffee and the showers and soap is amazing also the TV is what it should be for the price

The bed was so comfortable. The courtesy of feeling important with your name on the TV SCREEN. AND THE INCREDIBLE BLOCKOUT WINDOW SYSTEM. AWESOME
