First off the pool was out of commission was not informed prior to arrival staff was very very unpleasant room 107 was dirty shower faucets leaked bed was the worst ever had to sleep in the middle of bed because indentions on both sides ceiling had stains in several places what a rip off will never stay here again pure disgusting.

the swimming pool was under maintenance and we didn’t know until we got to the property. No coffee. The bathtub was hard to use.

It was conveniently located close to the interstate.
Their maintenance is not up to par in that their wi-fi facilities was poor(I could not connect to it and get internet access.)It needs repeaters on every floor that is distant from the source. Further,the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and was reported to management and supposedly repaired-it was not fixed. The fan motor just hums with no fan movement. The despoil was reported not working when we checked out. I do not know if that will be fixed either. The electrical outlets need to be updated with USB ports.

AC went out on 2nd night of stay. Staff was quick to respond to concerns and moved us to a new room rather quickly.

Beds were comfortable, location was great close to everything but far enough to be fairly quiet.
Had reserved a king suite 10 months in advance through booking.com, upon arrival was told that they were overbooked and all that was available was a twin suite ( 2 full beds), and was also told booking.com dosent guarantee the room you book that they reserve whatever is available in a lump block of rooms. No fault of the motel. The staff worked hard and did everything they could to get us into the room we had booked by the next night.

I like the size of the hotel room, I liked the full kitchen
We paid and reserved a king size suite, they put us in a queen. When we came back downstairs and asked about it, they said there is nothing we can do. Didn't reimburse the difference, and wouldn't move us.

There WAS NO FREE BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED. All they had was a case and a small refrigerator where you could BUY food! Room itself was excellent but the staff and advertised free breakfast WAS NOT as advertised in the booking. Location was good, parking was good and well lit. SEE BELOW FOR THE MAIN ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1st off - there was NO breakfast unless you paid for it out of a case/refrigerator but not FREE as indicated when I booked the reservation. Staff at front desk slow and confused upon arrival and checking out. Needed a receipt for tax purposes and said they couldn't give 1 since booked thru Booking. com. The notice I got from Booking. com said this was not a receipt for tax purposes and ONLY THE PROPERTY COULD GIVE A REAL RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!!!! I called when we returned home and asked for a manager but of course there wasn't one there.

Nothing. It was all a bad experience.
It was horrible from start to finish. It was extremely nasty. Did not get the room I reserved. There was hair in our bed and the bathroom was left dirty.
