It was nice and clean. Nice staff.

The parking

Beds were comfortable, location was great close to everything but far enough to be fairly quiet.

Had reserved a king suite 10 months in advance through booking.com, upon arrival was told that they were overbooked and all that was available was a twin suite ( 2 full beds), and was also told booking.com dosent guarantee the room you book that they reserve whatever is available in a lump block of rooms. No fault of the motel. The staff worked hard and did everything they could to get us into the room we had booked by the next night.

I like the size of the hotel room, I liked the full kitchen

We paid and reserved a king size suite, they put us in a queen. When we came back downstairs and asked about it, they said there is nothing we can do. Didn't reimburse the difference, and wouldn't move us.

What breakfast?

There WAS NO FREE BREAKFAST AS ADVERTISED. All they had was a case and a small refrigerator where you could BUY food! Room itself was excellent but the staff and advertised free breakfast WAS NOT as advertised in the booking. Location was good, parking was good and well lit. SEE BELOW FOR THE MAIN ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1st off - there was NO breakfast unless you paid for it out of a case/refrigerator but not FREE as indicated when I booked the reservation. Staff at front desk slow and confused upon arrival and checking out. Needed a receipt for tax purposes and said they couldn't give 1 since booked thru Booking. com. The notice I got from Booking. com said this was not a receipt for tax purposes and ONLY THE PROPERTY COULD GIVE A REAL RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!!!! I called when we returned home and asked for a manager but of course there wasn't one there.
