The staff was very good. The hotel was very clean. Our room was awesome.

The location is convenient- we have stayed in the past because we travel from four plus hours away to visit my disabled mother.

The desk was not staffed other than one time during our stay, the jacuzzi was out of order, breakfast ready late, military discount not applied and as told no one could help me at check out.

Breakfast was standard, boring fair. Nothing extraordinary.

Our room was big and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and a Denny's was with in walking distance for a midnight snack after playing at Top golf.

The hot tub was closed and our remote to the TV wouldn't change the channel, the power and volume was the only thing that worked. We also only had 2 towels in a double queen suite for four people.

The breakfast spread was amazing! Loved being able to make waffles- wish there were some whipped cream topping and a second station Front desk was helpful

Trying to navigate the hot water for the showers - took forever! Piping issue apparently... Not having our room refreshed like trash taken out and our beds being made, replacing the tea and coffee, cups, filters, and the sugar and creamer packets(one was opened and used when we got into our room!), taking our used towels and replacing them.

My husband is very picky eater and he loved it. I always have bagels and cream cheese if available. Very good food.

1 room had many things not working and they were unable to fix them. So they moved us to another room...which when you are handicapped in a handicapped room is very exhausting and can be overwhelming to do. But then the heater in the second room didn't work which we didnt discover until middle of the night.They offered yet another room but honestly at that point, I would just move to another hotel. We chose not to move to a new room. We were not comped and I think my time there is done. The pool wasn't working again. So...out of my long history staying with them and the pool mainly out of order most times, which they fail to publicize....I think we are done.

carpets were dirty , bathtub had cracks and chips, curtain was too short so when showering water got everywhere , staff couldn’t provide clean towels or blankets because they were “out”, pool area had no towels, ceiling in bathroom had yellow dots like water had splashed up there but no one cleaned it, continental breakfast had stale bread, didn’t mix the juice right or something because it was extremely stout, limited options, no fresh fruits. cards didn’t work to get into pool area so always having to have someone else let us in. blankets for bed very very thin. beds hard and uncomfortable. pillows flat. didn’t have blankets for all the beds and when asked for a blanket was told they were “out”.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Breakfast was fantastic. Chinese buffet over the road is well worth a visit.
