The space in the room was comfortable for visiting. We were in town for a family medical emergency and the space of the room allowed us greater comfort while visiting as a family.
I wish there was a pancake machine or waffle machine for breakfast.

After a very long overnight drive from NH, we couldn't wait to get some sleep. We got to Ashburn at 730am and asked of it would be possible to check in any earlier than 3 (we were hoping 12 or 1) and the woman at the front desk very happily allowed us a 10am check in! Beds were comfortable, room was very clean and the shower was AMAZING!! Very close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very tasty. Eggs, bacon, bagels, muffins, juice. Our family really enjoyed our stay, we will be back!!

they scammed me. double charged me. and will do anything to try and justify it. I have both booking.com and my bank on the case.

Breakfast was adequate with several options, including hot selections. The staff was good at keeping food refilled when needed.
The pool was closed the entire weekend due to maintenance. There was no warning ahead of time.

The breakfast was very different from most hotels. They had an oatmeal bar where you could pick from multiple toppings, omelets full of vegetables, breakfast sandwiches, and much more! The pool looked beautiful, unfortunately it was not open during our stay. Everything was very clean and the staff was super friendly! The beds were also super comfy.

We were there 4 days, housekeeping never “refreshed” our room.
This is my only complaint.

It was extremely clean.
The bed had a large dip in the middle and the bottom sheet was torn.

nice location, perfect for what I needed
They ended up not charging me until 6 weeks later; with no contact from the property I received a charge in late December for a stay in early November. I have no issue with paying but waiting almost two months to charge a guest is poor handling of billing and extremely poor customer service.

The location was very good.
The furniture was uncomfortable. And the breakfast selections weren’t really to my liking. Also the rooms are not quiet, a lot of noise from the hallways late at night.
