The fact my daughter found a bug on the bed and the sheets where dirty as if they’ve been tucked under and never washed.

The room was dirty when we arrived. There were someone's dirty socks In the pull out couch, along with muffin wrappers. The vanity in the bathroom had old ramen noodle wrappers. The shower rod was barely held up. When I told the person at the front desk ann she had to tell me was she would let housekeeping know. Very very disappointed.

It is in a good area

The bed had someone else's hair in it. The whole 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. The lady at the front desk did not know how to check someone out. I will never stay here again.

Spacious rooms with a kitchen. Very clean and updated. Great location.

The room was a nice size. Very spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the convenience of having a full-size fridge and stove available.

Elevator is not cetralized(not much can be done about that, I am sure of)). But, some may find the elavator's location an inconvenience and rather problematic. Housekeeping did a poor job at cleaning restroom... A lot of human hair was left on the floor, behind the bathroom door. Sunlight exposed a lack of dusting on the surfaces of the tables and TV Stand...Very dusty Housekeeping lacked cleaning behind furniture...Empty water bottle left behind the television stand. Overall good stay and quiet. Could use a little attention to detail with the housekeeping. The breakfast was okay. Attendant appeared to struggle to keep the coffee and food available for the guests. So, guests did have to wait awhile for more food and beverages could be replenished. The only attendant to be overwhelmed with cooking and serving. She did try to do her best, I believe. I did mention my observations to the front desk, and I hope they truly view these comments and take the appropriate action for potential future guests.

Breakfast was awesome! It was very clean. Staff was exceptional. They also do social hours a couple nights a week which is awesome. I work nights and did not have any disruptions from housekeeping. The curtains made it dark enough for me to sleep comfortably.
