Friendly courteous staff

The staff! Not friendly and clearly not trained very well !

Spacious lobby, the warm Chocalate Chip Cookie upon check in. Quiet, ample parking, easy check in and check out, adequate sized room with a great view of the Vermilion River, and mini fridge.

The only available microwave was in the lobby, and not my room. Going from your room to the lobby required you to push Floor # 2 for the Lobby, a sign in the elevator would have avoided some confusion.

I loved my view and proximity to restaurants, pharmacies, etc.

The property is dated and needs an extreme makeover. The lobby appears to be the only remodeling done in years. The room was humid and had a faint stench of mildew. The corners of the walls had evidence of being painted over several times. The drainage in the tub was very slow.

View was great. There were two staff members young lady with blond / brown hair and established lady with very short curly hair that were friendly , answered my constant questions and upheld my expectations of a concierge. The products in the bathrooms were very good my hair never felt so soft. Pool area was lovely .

Our rooms had quite a bit of dust and you could tell had not been dusted for a while. Loads of dust behind cabinets. No usb plug in second room.fixtures in both bathrooms old and grubby.During our second stay the makeup light/ mirror was broken in the bathroom. The general hallways also had dust in corners. Pool area had no umbrellas for chairs. Main lobby only had coffee but no tea?! We're English so tea is a staple
