Staff was exceptional. Very friendly and professional. Booking.com reversed my first and last name and the first receptionist could not find my reservations. I panicked but the other receptionist was able to figure it out. All three front desk people were so nice.

Your facility needs a little bit of renovating. Just a fresh up in the walls, bathrooms. The main hall way is starting to look a little outdated, as well as the elevator. Believe me when I say, keep you facilities clean, neat, modern, and improve your breakfast and you will always be booked, especially with the increased growth of the university just down the street from you. Also, a bit of a downer, but not a big deal since we only stayed 1 night, but we did not get any housekeeping done during our stay. No fresh towels and bed was not made. I did tell the front desk when I checked out and she informed me that they were suppose to.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the hotel. Check in was quick. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good.

It appears there rooms were updated... looks nice from our previous stay. The shower drains well..and water pressure was great

Bed mattress was heavily stained and should of been replaced instead of just putting a sheet over it... Bed was to firm and very uncomfortable

the website showed swimming pool and hot tub but when we arrived we seen that they were shut down and couldn’t use them. nothing on website or the staff said anything about them being closed. very disappointing. also was charged on two different cards with two different charges and still have not received my refund they still have not explained why this happened.
