The fact that they said on booking.com I had the jacuzzi suite I paid extra for and when arrived . The hotel took the money and then said sorry that's not available. But refuse to refund my account even though I did not stay there.

Breakfast is always great! The staff are always friendly

My room smelled bad, pet odor.

Room was dirty. Bathroom was bad. There was rust all over the bathtub and the floor was dirty and could tell not much maintenance had been done.

The hotel charged us $32 over our Booking.com price. The staff were helpful and gave us a refund.

The location was great. The customer service from the front desk was amazing and super helpful.

The door had a huge crack in between the door and it did not feel safe at night. The AC did not work well and the room did not cool down. The floor was busy with lots of children and they were up running around early in the morning.

our bathroom was not in good condition the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close the bathroom counter had wood splinter’s sticking out and they charged me 10$ extra for some reason

The staff was so nice and the hotel was very clean
