There was a mixup with our reservation, but Victoria reinstated our reservation, and even gave us an upgrade, and a real good discount for our inconvenience. She was very respectful, helpful and kind with no attitude like you get at other places if we had more workers like her, everything would go more smoothly for everyone.

We were charged twice for the same room on 04/25/24 at LaGrange Hampton Inn. Our reservation was online at Booking.com. When we arrived at hotel, they had our reservation on file. I informed them that we already paid for the room but, they ran my card for our pet fee $75 + tax. Our bill copy at check-in said total was $239.85. I reiterated that I already paid for room. Then person checking me in said, “Don’t worry, its ok”. My totaled charged my credit card is a total of $404.70. I’VE CONTACTED HILTON HONORS 4 TIMES AND THE LEGRANGE, GA HAMPTON INN 2 TIMES FOR A REFUND. WE WERE 0.0% SATISFIED AT THIS LOCATION! ITS BEEN PURE HELL DEALING WITH HILTON HONORS AND HAMPTON INN GETTING IT RESOLVED TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE LAST HILTON HONORS PERSON CONVINCED US TO NEVER STAY IN A HAPTON INN AGAIN…. EVER! NEXT STEP IS MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY (GETTING BILL CANCELLED) AND THE GEORGIA BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

it was comfortable, clean, great breakfast with lots of variety. Close to what we needed but far enough away that it was quiet. super friendly lady at check in.

The first day breakfast was great and the lady was very nice and keeping it clean, the second day you had no meats and Western omelets so if you don't eat peppers and onions and most kids don't you had very little healthy choices.

The western omelet I am allergic to onions andtherewerenoplainones shouldhavechoice, and the lady left to go on a break at 8 and didn't come back until someone went to the desk to see if they could get some milk.

I chose this location based on the reviews. I like it was off the highway but not near anything. The room looked clean. The bathroom has a strong smell of urine. The carpet was nasty. Staff was ok. No one really spoke to you. The Cleck was friendly. This was my first time staying at Hilton hotel. They really need to do better. We did like the swimming pool.
