elevator was broken - we were told for a YEAR!

The bathroom had hair on the shower walls, the shower had not been clean. The beds had 3 12×9 little square pillows on them which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was a lot of noise throughout the night.Thank god we were only there for one night. There only elevator working which made the wait time a little longer.

They respect my request for a room far from an elevator and on the higher floor
We had many hair in the bathtub (This is a sign fir terrible cleaning) and a lot of dust on the air conditioner (and my son is allergic to dust).
The coach doesn't comfortable for any child to sleep on
We ordered room for 5 but accept only 3 big towels
In the morning the pancake machine didn't work at the beginning and there were no cups until we asked to fill them.

The staff was great and the location was perfect for us, just traveling through.
The pool had a damaged umbrella hanging onto the side of the pool and other debris making the shallow end, when children play, limited in use.

Our stay was nice, location was good, plenty of restaurants close by.
The only complaint i had was that one one of the elevators was out of service, and sometimes that created a bit of a wait.

Bed was comfortable, nice tv.
No hand soap at sink, no bar soap at all, some light bulbs were burnt out, no hand towels, there was a chanel guide for the TV but no program. Didn't eat breakfast because it was limited. Will not stay here again.

We checked in very early in the morning (4AM), due to very late plane connection, so they held our room and allowed us late checkout (1PM)

I did not eat there. The front desk agent was very accommodating and understanding.
The hotel rooms are very unsanitary needs to be deep cleaned and dusted. The first room I was given looked like someone haven’t stayed their in years it was so dusty and full of cobwebs.
