elevator was broken - we were told for a YEAR! faucets dripping in bathroom room had debris in it- didn’t seem clean

The bathroom had hair on the shower walls, the shower had not been clean. The beds had 3 12×9 little square pillows on them which made it uncomfortable to sleep. There was a lot of noise throughout the night.Thank god we were only there for one night. There only elevator working which made the wait time a little longer.

Nice property bathroom was a little dirty as far as roof of shower but otherwise fairly clean

They respect my request for a room far from an elevator and on the higher floor

We had many hair in the bathtub (This is a sign fir terrible cleaning) and a lot of dust on the air conditioner (and my son is allergic to dust). The coach doesn't comfortable for any child to sleep on We ordered room for 5 but accept only 3 big towels In the morning the pancake machine didn't work at the beginning and there were no cups until we asked to fill them.

Staff was awesome 👌.

Carpets were I. Need of Cleaning in the room, hallway and other areas.
