We loved that the room was near the back elevator that pretty much led to the restaurant. This was our fourth time staying here and the bartender at the restaurant remembered us. What makes this hotel the best place to stay if you are going to a baseball or basketball game is that it is right across the street from both stadiums. Can't wait to return.

Items in the general store are a bit overpriced, the weather was not great so we weren't able to walk to a store as we have done in the past. Without being able to walk to a store we were forced to purchase overpriced items.

Während unseres Roadtrips durch Kanada und den USA war dies das schönste Hotelzimmer das wir hatten, von der Stilrichtung ein Mix aus Vintage und Moderne echt gut kombiniert! Das Hotel scheint erst frisch renoviert gewesen zu sein, die ganze Einrichtung war in einem neuwertigen sauberen Zustand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, Zimmer war ruhig, obwohl mitten in Cleveland Downtown gelegen! Schönes und vor allen Dingen sauberes Badezimmer. Das Personal vom Empfang, Housekeeping und der Hotelbar war freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich willkommen!

Keine Eigenen Parkplätze, nur Parkservice gegen Gebühr und öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe die sehr teuer sind. Kein Frühstück inklusive

Location was perfect. We could see Rocket Mortgage Field House from the room. The staff at the desk were very friendly. I had to ask for towels and sofa bed linins, but at least they were delivered quickly

I said there were 3 of us. And got 3 room keys. Which should have been a clue that we’d need 3 sets of towels and a blanket and pillow for the sofa bed. Only when I was already wet did I realize the body wash container in the shower was empty. I was there for the Drake concert, which I’m sure meant there were some extra rowdy guests that accounted for the trash and broken glass in the elevator

The location was perfect walking across the street to Rocket Mortgage Field House.

I booked 2 joining rooms (confirmed with a live agent) with a king bed & 2 queens. When we arrived the rooms were on opposite sides of the floor & neither were as described. Price w/ fees, taxes, etc.. were $390 per room which was not worth the money. Hotel was dirty, limited staff & rooms were dirty (stains on couch, odor & dusty). Very disappointed!

Great location and nice rooms.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. So were the pillows. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious enough. Staff was friendly. It's very central in downtown.

I do feel the nightly rate was a bit high and I wish there was a better deal on valet.

Proximity to baseball stadium

We didn’t eat breakfast, not sure if it was included as reception didn’t mention it. Staff was super friendly and accommodating . Location was great. Right across from where our concert was.

Room wasn’t ready till after 4. Valet at the end of our stay lost my ticket and after waiting and watching others come and go, finally asked where our car was. We identified our keys still on key rack and then they quickly got our car

Location was excellent. It was a nice room. Nice walk to progressive field.

Could have been cleaner especially considering it was extremely expensive. We opened the fold away bed and it was kind of gross. Did not sleep on it. Our family slept 3 in the king bed which was clean and comfortable.

Hotel was noisy, roms was not clean, bedskirts not white it was yellow. Some hair in dusj area. Aircondition very noisy we NEEDED to skru it down. Rom view to parking garage. Staff with long dirty nails. Worst hotell so long. And trust me I travel a lot.

It was clean nice staff and close to everything

The best part of our stay was the proximity of the hotel to Guardians' Baseball Stadium.

The hotel was extremely short-staffed. Those who were working were inefficient at best and rude at the worst. The clerk who checked us in wouldn't give us IHG member credits for our stay because the room was booked through a third-party site. Neither would she allow a military rate despite booking the room through a veteran booking option. We'll never stay there again, and we'll let everyone we know not to stay there.

It was in a perfect location to walk to the Progressive Field! The beds were so comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting Cleveland.

The room wasn’t as clean as we would of liked. There was a bleed stain on one of the pillows.

Stunning inside. Cool decor. Excellent location/proximity to the ballpark. Breakfast food and service was AMAZING.

Parking was not clearly explained. Still don’t understand if you can self park (where?) or if it’s just valet?? Free breakfast with room was not explained. Had to work to figure it out.

The room was great!

The staff member whom I spoke to on the phone checking to see if our room was ready was very rude. She said "it's a good chance your room could or could not be ready " (What??). But in saying that, when we got there we spoke to a different person and she was very nice.

Rooms were nice.

People fighting all night in the halls, someone saying they were the "police" knocking on doors, yelling, screaming.
